The Occasional Orchid

2 cards for Dimension Stamps using the new Occasional Orchid stamp set ref: 2400066A. The Lilac one was stamped with Versa Mark and coloured with chalks , The background stamp does have a large bud head on it, but i cut it off so that i could use it more as a border stamp. But with these stamps it it so easy place the cut off piece on you stamp pad next time you want to use the whole image .On this one i have again built up the big Orchid as before and the two smaller ones are full stamps from the set as is the Orchid description verse .Again i stamped with Versa Mark and coloured with chalks. did a bit of decoupage on the small flowers just to give them a lift . Then a quick spray with Spray and Shine, giving them a nice sheen and setting the chalks . Ribbons and brad from my stash . The embossing folder is from Stamping up

Wall art

I needed a piece of art work for newly decorated bedroom so got this frame and did some stamped and coloured images for it. Looks great against the plum walls and cost next to nothing to make :))
