This super sized card was an order for a friends Granddaughter

I used the Woodware Big Butterflie stamp . Great to work with , filled the circles on the wings with Buttons , Card candy, glitter and gems . The customer was well pleased . Shame it hasnt photographed well Demo Cards for TV.

This batch of cards called the WRINKLIES was made for Dimensionsfourth's Create and Craft slot on Sunday 27th March.

It was a sell out show , which didn't surprise us. one look at the stamps and the mojo was in full flow . You can see more lovely demo cards over at Jackies blog http://jackierush.blogspot.com/

This first card is actually a note book .

I used Kraft Card, inked over with distressed ink .The big G is from the alphabet set and the small letters are the Krystal tips Alpha set ( all from Dimensionfsfourth.)

The image was stamped and coloured with Pro markers i did a bit of paper piecing on the old mans jacket and hat.

The fastener on the book is a stamp and i used Grunge paper for it.

Finished it off with a few card candies

Used my nesties to cut the labels for this wee Lady Shes stamped and coloured with Promarkers again finished off with card candy
A bit of masking used here, the wall , trees and bushes are all stamps from Dimesionfouth . Again coloured with promarkers
Made the bus pass for this card then embossed it with Utee.

I used the big alpha and the Krystal Tips alpha again on this one . Over stamped the C with a small flower and added a few pearl s to the centres . The flower in the corner is made from 6 small circkes and a pearl brad in the centre.

The papers were from my stash think they were from Kanban factory shop many moons ago

New Dimension Fourth Stamps

This weeks stamps from the Fabby Ali were as you can see Oriental themed .

The cards were all a bit rushed as we only got the stamps on Wed evening and i had to have them made ready for delivery by Sat. night . A very nice set with plenty of possibilities .

Stamped images coloured with promarkers and a bit of glamour dust on the blossoms .

I made the little tassel on the fan using some embroidery silks . The background paper is from my stash of 12 x 12

Used the bigger blossom stamp for this one with the vase stamp . a fair bit of masking done on this card lol. coloured in with Twinkling H2O's and the background done with shimmer chalks . On the base card i did a resist stamp effect along the top and bottom then used the shimmer chalks around the edges . It dosenot show up to well in the pic but has a lovely glow to it .
Don't these fish look scary lol.

I stamped and embossed the flowers onto the background the did a bit of brayering over it ( with a rubber band wrapped round the brayer to give the impression of the ripples in the water )

Then dusted it over with distressed ink . Stamped the small blossoms in the corner and coloured them with a white sakura gel pen . The fish were stamped onto Gold Mirri card cut out then adhered with 3d foam pads . Matted it onto gold mirri card the black base card which i had stamped and embossed win gold
The red card on this one was stamped and embossed in gold using 1 of the word symbols from the set . The bamboo stamped with green ink pad , and the Samuri stamped then coloured with Promarkers and 3D onto the card with silicone glue The large token is also a stamp from the set and the black ribbon threaded through it ws from my stash

This is the new set of stamps from Dimension Fourth featured on Create and craft yesterday.

I loved using them as i could get messy . I stamped the main image with Old book distress inks and while the ink was still wet i used my aqua pen to pull out the colour on the mice , I then used the Broken Straw ink pad to water colour the stalks of corn . The leaves were randomly stamped on the cream card using a selection of distressed inks . 4 corner leaves were stamped and cut out rubbed over with gold Mica powder , although its hard to see it on here. used some copper coloured brads to afix the leaves to the corners .

A plain and simple card using just the verse and leaf stamp but i think the colours make it. I

used a few card candies on it just to lift it a bit
3D card i love this style of card you can get so much on it by layering up your images

Been al long time since i posted on my blog

I have still been crafting just didnt have the time or inclination to post .

Its been a funny old year. Al ot of downs but one very lovely UP. I became a great grandmother in October. This is the wee man in my life Baby Jack Dylan

done for Dimensions Fourth slot on C&C last Friday .
this was a real challenge as i wasnt over keen on the stamps this time.
Not my style at all , but its all part of the course i suppose .
The jigsaw stamp had to lined up then cut out, very time consuming
I do like the flowers tho and enjoyed colouring them in with the pro-markers .
Just got the next lot of new stamps to do and they are just as challenging so had better get working on them as the next show is 24th Feb .

Red Heart Challenge

Getting carried away with it all now, time i went to bed i think ,

but before i do i will just list this card over here

Not exactly an original idea but a take on something i saw on you tube

Punched the hearts on a strip of white card, stuck Scotch tape on the back of them then put red glitter onto the sticky hearts , mounted onto red card then the white base card . The small hearts were punched from white card then covered with Glamour Dust then stuck onto the card The Sentiment is hand written and the heart punched and covered with red glitter .

Another card another challenge . This time im sending it over here

Again i have used my cute wee Owl Didgi stamp image ,coloured with Promarkers and highlighted with glossy accents

Cut with my Nellies and mounted onto red and white card stock which was left over from a Christmas pack

Punched with my Doily punch and added the bottem layer of punching using a bit from a 12 x 12 sheet (,no idea who's though )

Ribbons form my stash and sentiment stamped and applied with sticky fixers

Been so long since i entered any challenges i have almost forgotten how . just hope i have done it right .

To kick start me challenging again i am entering this cute wee Owl Valentine 's Card over here

I used a didgi Image coloured with Pro Markers and Glossy accents to the heart and leaves . cut it out with my Nellies ( which i Love almost as much as my Nesties )

Stamped the sentiment onto a punched scalloped circle and used ribbon from my stash

Hi All
Long time NO BLOG
Now that Christmas is over and things are back to normality i intend picking up where i left off .
Will need to spend some time blog hopping and see what you have all been up to .
I have been busy working with some new stamps which were shown today on C&C
The results are shown here was a bit of a challenge with the new deco ladies as this is the 3rd set but was nice to be able to do a male card for a change .
The owls were a real challenge as the stamp comes in 3 separate bits ie 3 different images overlayed on each other, took some lining up i can tell you . Used my Cosmic shimmer misters for some of the backgrounds , i do like them but they are messy or maybe its just me as im a messy crafter lol.

No Christmas stamps or backing papers

Entering this card into Winter Wonderlands Challenge over here

The challenge was to make a card without using a Christmas stamp or backing papers .

I have cut the snow flakes and embossed the cards with the Cuttle Bug

Mounted them all onto Silver Mirri board then blue card stock all from my stash

Blue ribbon and merry Christmas tag added .

Made a nice change from stamping

The front of this 8 x8 card is Acetate, and i have dotted some silver snow flakes( Anita's ) onto it The ribbon along the top is silver with blue Let it snow lettering .

The background paper is from my stash .

The sentiment on the bottom front of the card is stamped in silver and the Happy Christmas inside stamped in blue .

Do hope this fits the Bill for Lexi's first ever blog challenge

I have made an Easel Card ,they are so nice to make.

I used a digi image, coloured with Promarkers, embossed the Nestie's shape added Red Stickles to the holly berries .

Sentiment is stamped and the large holly leaves are stamped and cut out with red gems for the berries . The holly on the base card is stamped , the backing paper on the front of the card is from the Forever Friends Christmas paper pad

I can finally show what i have been working on this last week or two .

These cards were shown this am on Create and Craft .

The stamps are the new Deco- rate range from Dimensions Fourth in Barnsley .

Aly the owner ( and my amazing craft tutor ) has a few of us ladies make her demo cards for the show . and lucky me got all 5 shown ,

Its a real buzz to see them up there on the screen i can tell you

Ive been itching to post these but of course couldn't till after the screening .

I Will have to crack on now and get my Christmas cards finished , and what orders i have, started .

Some year i will be ahead of my self for Christmas . Certainly not this year lol.

Just how many cards can you create from 1 set of stamps ?

That was a challenge set by my tutor at card class the other week .

The dancing snowmen stamps were supplied by Dimensions Fourth , in Barnsley where i craft every Saturday ., and are this months club stamps .

I managed 8 but these are the best of the bunch .

Will have to concentrate on Birthday cards now as i have 5 mens to do for November , and no inspiration for any of them lol.

Well the holidays are over and its back to some serious crafting for me.

This card was made at craft class yesterday . A new set of stamps from Dimensions Fourth and a new style of card for me too,

the flowers on the side spin as they slide up and down

I can see me doing quiet a few cards using the side step template

Also got some very new Snowmen stamps from Ali which im desperate to use, so watch this space .

Wedding Day Card

I used the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots and Devine Swirl folders to emboss Cream pearlised card .

Cut 2 gold hearts with Cricut , Cream ribbon and bridal flower tied around the middle of the card ,Gold coloured wedding car charm and gold heat embossed greeting complet the card .

Been a busy day but managed to make this wee cutie , its a new image from my fav didgi shop . The background paper is a freebie from an old craft mag and everything else from my stash .

Wishing now i had invested in theDoily punch as it would have been just right for this card. Never mind im off to card class tomorrow and she might have got some in .

The weather has turned cold today , could have done with the heating on Bbbbrrrrrrrrrrr!

Getting back into making cards after a few weeks off. Been away and started work again when i came back. Only 3 days a week and its not over taxing, doing Data input for my daughter in her Optitians . so still sat most of the day in front of a computer lol.

These 2 cards are made using Didgi images , Just a little colour and plenty of Glamour Dust lol. Im getting hooked on Didgi images but they do make quick and easy cards . Hope you are all well out in Blog Land

Scetch Fun Cahallenge

Second blog challenge card.
The Owl is stamped onto patterned paper then covered with Glossy Accents glaze .
The same paper was punched to make the ribbons to place on top of the yellow card stock, which is over laid onto a green floral silk paper.
The sentiment was computer generated and is hung from the ribbon by a swirly coil.
(there must be a name for it but cant remember lol.)

Another take on the deco lady . did this at card class today . its mounted on acetate which has been embossed top and bottom with the cuttlebug borders folder

In class we were adding " & 40 " to make it" fab &40" but as i dont have anyone coming up to that age i left it off, but will add an appropriate number if and when i use the card .

This stamp is gonna be worn out lol. certainly getting my moneys worth from it

Didnt have a card class today so did a few orders i had for next month.

Used my fav Deco lady yet again she is going to be all stamped out lol.

the background paper is yummy the flowers are silver glittered , got it in Torquay so will have to use it sparingly .

Had difficulty getting the face colour right for the Meerkat finished up using chalks but not happy with it

The retirement card was made from bits n bobs lurking in my stash .

No more crafting this week as we go on our travels again on Friday , so need to get ironing done and van loaded for the off.

Cant believe its been nearly a month since i last posted on my blog

Been having major problems with my computer but am now back up and running . hopefully everything is sorted with it now

Also had family visiting us for a week so no playing with crafts or computers .

Next Friday we are off again on our travels will be gone a week back home for a few days for appointments then back off on the road for a couple of more weeks .

Finally got back into some sort of routine after my hols and have made 6 cards this week .
I can only show 3 of them for now as the others are for a swap and a birthday . The 2 Deco Ladies are my latest stamps from my fav .company and the wedding one is a Didgi download . Used a selection of Promarkers and watercolour pencils and of course a good sprinkle of Glamour dust .

Managed to get into my craft room today and made 2 cards. Been ages since i did any serious crafting , but got these stamps at the weekend and was determined i would do something with them . They are both from my favourite supplier , Dimensions Fourth , i go to a card class there most weeks
The Lady was stamped then coloured with Pro-markers , ribbons and brads from stash , the background is the swirls folder done on the Black Magic Coredinations card stock, then sanded over to reveal the Turquoise core .
The sentiment is one of the free stamps from this months Do Crafts Creativity Mag .
The Boot and flowers one is again a stamp from DF as are the flowers .
a bit of masking, then matted and layerd with Basil Bling.
The card ribbon border was punched using a border punch from Stamping up .
Going on holiday this coming Sunday and hope to be away for at least 2 week off down to Devon and Somerset with the caravan so fingers crossed the weather is kind to us
Taking a box of stamped images with me and my promarkers and pencils so if it does rain i will have something crafty to keep me happy .

Been a while since i added anything to my blog . time just flies by these days . what with decorating , gardening and getting ready for our next trip out in the caravan .

31st May should see us heading down to Devon and Cornwall for at least 2 week .

Been getting stamped images ready to take with me and stocking up on Pro markers, so what ever the weather i will have some crafty goodies to keep my happy .

Knaban topper , blosom stamp on background filled in with Glamour dust although it doesnt show up well in the pic . .

Its very Bling , which is Jenna to a tee a typical 22 year old fashion plate .

Off for coffee this am with a friend then some retail therapy later with hubby , but NO craft buying , (we will see about that lol)

Nearly a week since i last posted on my blog , where has the time gone ?.

Busy doing all sorts but have managed to get a few more cards done for the sale at the weekend . Im really please with the 3 i have posted .

The images are downloads from Cuddly Buddy , and i actually used some of my Coredinations card stock.

Its great for using with the cuttle bug , so will be investing in a few more packs of it .

Tomorrow i am going to a workshop at Dimesions Fourth in Barnsley, they were on Create and Craft yesterday so hoping we will get to make some of the fairy cards Aly di on the show .

No doubt i will come home with lots of new goodies .

They actually make the stamps where we are going , fasinating to see how its done and they have hundreds of stamps just waiting to be bought .

Been a busy week again but a very good one

We picked up our new touring caravan yesterday

so today we have been finding out how everything works .

Last weekend was spent altering the garden and the drive way so that we could make enough space for it .

So now the pressure is on to CRAFT .

I am doing a table top sale with a friend bank holiday Sunday,and my stock of cards is very low .

these are 3 very quick and easy ones i have managed to knock up in between other things

the images are from PinkPetticoat , coloured with my new Promarker pens and a sprinkling of Glamour dust just for good measure and of course used my Nesties .

Good morning Ladies
Just want to thank my friends for encouaging me to make this blog .
It may take a while for me to get it up to a reasonable standard .
and i may not post every day either, but it looks an exciting way to keep in touch with my crafting friends up and down the country .
